Yesterday was game day for February.  We had a great turn out for the club yesterday, and managed to fill up the game room pretty well.   As usual, I forgot to snap some pictures.  We had a total of 9 game playing adults show up (I think thats a record) and we managed to play 4 different games with 7 different sessions.  The games played were Wits & Wagers, Combo King, Bang! (& Bang! Dodge City), and San Juan.  We served up some soft pretzels, in addition to a pile of other snacks,  which seemed to be a big hit.  All in all, it was a good game session, and everyone had a great time.

Members attending this session were:  Sean, Melissa, Dave, Chris, Chris, Rachelle,  Keri, Hallie (1st time attendee - Welcome), and Dave (1st time attendee - Welcome).

Montag’s Games has been choosen as one of only about 30 stores in the U.S. to preview an upcoming World War II board game from Fantasy Flight Games. Tide of Iron is a big box game with a ton of miniatures and advanced level rules for simulating engafgements in the European theater of World War II. If this genre interests you, check out the game a month before it is released at Montag’s.  The times for the demo are on the calendar.
